Primary Care
Our Primary Care fees range based on the complexity of care provided. In an effort to assist our patients with knowledge about their health care cost in advance, we have disclosed our fees below. If you are insured and we are listed in your insurance network, we will accept their allowable reimbursement. You will be responsible for any copay, coinsurance, deductible or non-covered service in accordance with our contract with your insurance plan. If you are Self-Pay you may be eligible for one of our payment options previously mentioned. Please note, the following fees are for office visits only, therefore other charges (labs, immunizations, etc.) may apply. Please contact our office for more information.
- New Patient visit $120-$320
- Established Patient visit $70-$225
- Preventive Medicine $200-$300
- Prolonged Services may add an additional cost to your visit of up to $160
Naturopathy
- Initial Consult $225
- Follow-up visit $75-$125
- Homeopathic Remedies $10 and up
Behavioral Health

Wellness Coaching
Wellness Coaching starts with a complimentary, 15 minute phone consultation. The client and the wellness coach discuss the various packages we offer and how we can best meet your needs.
